NIN and Queens Of The Stone Age Aus/NZ Tour?

Share This:

Trent Reznor and Queens Of The Stone Age hint at Australian and New Zealand co-headline tour for next year.

Probably more than just rumors as both bands themselves have simultaneously posted on social media outlets, hinting at a co-headline tour across both Australia and New Zealand.

Both bands will likely be touring in support of their latest albums, NIN’s Hesitation Marks and QOTSA’s ….Like Clockwork. Exact dates are yet to be announced, but with both bands posting the hint themselves, one can be sure AUS and NZ ears will be treated to some top tier bands in Autumn of next year. Josh Homme recently spoke out to triple J about the likelihood of next years tour. “Everybody who knows me knows that Australia is my home away from home.” He also went on to deny any involvement with any Australian music festivals. “I also think it’s time that we come and tell our own stories, so we’re gonna skip the round of festivals and see you in your fall [autumn].” cementing the idea of a standalone show.

Nine Inch Nail’s Hesitation Marks peaked at 3rd position on the ARIA charts earlier this year and are currently sitting at number 50. Whilst QOTSA’s ….Like Clockwork reached no. 1.

More details to be announced as they come……
