SUPERHEIST Drop New Album

The renowned and very much respected forefathers of Australian Nu-Metal, SUPERHEIST have delivered their highly anticipated new album MMXX which is OUT NOW through boutique Aussie heavy music label, Black Mountain Music/ MGM.

MMXX is a frenetic artistic statement which marks another development for their 25+ year and now 6 studio album career, as MMXX sees guitarist and founding member dw Norton and the band’s longest serving bass player Si Durrant divide and conquer all vocal duties, since the departure of former frontman Ezekiel Ox in 2019.

When asked about MMXX, dw Norton says “This record has been two long years in the making and I wanted to write an album that was relevant to the times, and which has some real meaning for me and the rest of the band members collectively. Are these love songs – absolutely not! MMXX is a sign of the world that we live and the power of heavy music. MMXX is the sign that the Heist are here to stay.

Off the back of the first single from the album Medicated a few weeks ago, the follow up single Destination Unknown was released only yesterday with an accompanying music video which has already attracted thousands of views within the first 24 hours.

MMXX is OUT NOW on all digital platforms and in physical CD format, with a limited release vinyl issue available soon!
