So are we. But fear not, Soundwave’s fearless leader has encountered a hurdle of the artwork variety, so now it’s back to the drawing board to work on another theme.
It seems some of the bands on the 2016 line-up objected to the ‘Evil Christmas’ theme. We’re still uncertain why it was a Christmas theme in January and we’ll probably never find out now.
So while AJ is “hustling on a new theme” to suit everyone’s approval, the line-up announcement has been pushed out until the artwork and website can be updated.
In good news though, The Soundwave Society membership cards have been received with excited punters uploading photos of their coveted membership cards. Along with the ticket to get into Soundwave, the card also nets rewards from major retailers like Woolworths. So maybe Santa wasn’t so evil after all to these select few thousand?
There are still plenty of theories running around the Internet about who the headliner is but if you feel like putting your Mulder or Scully cap on, “the truth is out there.”
