Australian heavy rock band Snake Bite Whisky release their first new track since 2021’s Black Candy album and the first with new members DC Steffe (lead guitar), Scuba Steve (rhythm guitar) and Karl Redmann (drums). Alongside original members Jay R (vocals) and Stacii Blake (bass) the band continue their trademark uncompromising blend of heavy metal, punk and sleaze rock with the driving, attitude dripping single, Tombstone Blues.
Recorded by Todd Walter at 777 studios in Logan, Australia, the single has been mixed and mastered in the United States by Anthony Focx of Beautiful Creatures fame who has worked with Steven Tyler, Aerosmith, Buckcherry and Metallica’s Jason Newsted to name a few.
Tombstone Blues is a pulsating rock anthem; a lyrical mirror to the life experiences of the band and a middle finger to conformity. The track is a stand-alone single and will not feature on the upcoming third album to be released in 2025.
Snake Bite Whisky will also be undertaking their first tour of Japan in November on the following dates:
