Australian surf-rock favourites Skegss unveil their latest visual chapter with Ain’t For The Faint, a stunning new music video filmed in the sacred city of Vrindavan, India, and directed by Ayu Das Morgan, an acclaimed filmmaker from the Northern Rivers.
Director Ayu Das Morgan (34) brings a deeply personal touch to the project. Having travelled to India since childhood, Ayu’s connection to the country, and to Vrindavan, his father’s birthplace, gives the video a unique emotional depth.
“Skegss are such an iconic Australian band, and Vrindavan is such a big part of my identity and story,” Ayu shares. “It felt far out to bring those two worlds together; my creative life in Australia and my spiritual roots in India.”
The band also just announced earlier this week that they will be heading on the road supporting Ocean Alley for their Aus Costal 2026 tour. Skegss will play at all shows in Fremantle, Margaret River, Canberra, Torquay, Lake Macquarie, Sunshine Coast and Adelaide. Tickets are on sale now.
