They say misery loves company, and for Canadian rockers Silverstein their latest single Die Alone, taken from the impending new album Misery Made Me Do It, is a fiery concourse of hardcore savagery, complete with Comeback Kid vocalist Andrew Nuefeld on guest vocals.
Having now clocked up 22 years in action as a band, the post-hardcore collective have certainly not dulled their creative claws as the venture into a third decade together. Recently harnessing the fury and uncertainty of lockdowns and restrictions into writing and recording, Silverstein ultimately have emerged into 2022 with a riotous new lease on their sonic expression as they build towards the release of a triumphant tenth studio album, officially due out on May 6.
