We will give you your money back within 30 days of purchase if your product/s arrived damaged or went missing. However, we would prefer to send the product/s to you to you again
We don’t think it is fair to allow a return of a product if you have “changed your mind” or is not within your rights as covered within the Australian Consumer Law.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
We will deliver your product between 1-5 business days after acceptance of an order. (Australian addresses).
We will deliver your product between 7-21 business days after acceptance of an order. (Outside of Australia addresses).
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must email us at email@example.com (or via the online store you purchased the item) and we will endeavour to accommodate your request if the products have not been dispatched.
If a product is “out of stock” when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
You may return products to us for exchange or refund (based on the Money Back Guarantee outlined above) within 30 days of receipt of the products.
Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.
