Speaking about Far From Home, guitarist and songwriter CJ says – “As a band none of us consider our life experience completely unique, so we’re aware that by using our platform to dictate a personal story the metaphors will likely resonate with a large number of people. Most adults have been hurt, fulfilled, happy / unhappy, lied too, and equally told the truth. The lyrics to this song are definitely a lot more specific and less shrouded in metaphor than some of our previous work. The track delivers an insight into the struggles one may go through when weighing up whether to end a romantic relationship.”
