Rumble in the Jungle to Hit Queensland in May

Share This:

For the third coming of Rumble in the Jungle, organizers have upped the ante by scouring the whole of Queensland to provide what will undoubtedly be the heaviest line up yet. Brisbane metal merchants Chronolyth become the first Rumble act from outside of the local music scene, and will perform on the back of their new CD, Atrophy, as part of their Australian tour.

Joining them will be A.M.P from Rockhampton, Wishing Well and Ghosts of Black River from Townsville as well as Odius and Salacious from Cairns.

Nestled among the rainforest, Rumble in the Jungle provides an unrivalled musical landscape with an outdoor stage and scenic surroundings, with plenty of camping and parking available. With a fully licensed bar and amenities, the isolated location provides the perfect backdrop for the metal assault.

Travel Beats are also offering transport at competitive prices to take the hassle of driving out of your hands, and Thomas and the crew at Billabong will make sure you have a musical experience unrivalled in the modern musical society. Entry fee is $20 which includes overnight camping, with a 2am license ensuring you can mosh out until well after midnight.

Where: The Billabong, Kuranda QLD (Lic/AA)

When: 21 May 2016
