Resisting Vegas is a dynamic, theatrical hard rock band formed in 2015 in Austin, Texas.
The band is set to release their second album, Malevolent, on July 23. The songs are short and heavy, taking the listener through a dark journey inspired by classic horror. The album is based on films such as The Exorcist (1973), American Werewolf in London (1981), and The Thing (1982), while still bringing in elements of modern rock and metal. Many of the tracks take the villain’s perspective, and are meant to inspire the listener to indulge in their evil side.
