There’s been plenty of bootlegs around since the Prophets of Rage came together, but there is finally some official footage of the band performing the epic, Killing In The Name.
Maybe Zac de la Rocha was just too good at what he did, but we aren’t feeling it. The musicianship is of course first-class, but the song just seems to lose so much in the vocal delivery. The unbridled anger of de la Rocha is what made Rage Against The Machine one of the greatest of all time and made this song so great in the first place.
