Wishful Thinking are a punk rock band that writes happy songs about sad things. The band began in Tasmania before making the move to Melbourne and now are spread across multiple states.
Their latest single Sweet Revenge came out last month and is now being released again with a video! Sweet Revenge will be followed by a new EP Love the Sound in mid-2022. Sweet Revenge is the second single from the EP after their 6 -minute epic Destiny Pt. 1 released in 2021.
Wishful Thinking released their One More Time EP in 2020. Their first single Time to be Alone from that EP was well-received, achieving radio play on Triple J, Triple M, and community radio across Australia.
