Sydney rockers Whiteford have released their most emotive song to date with the sublime track, Water.
Strength in vulnerability is the essence of Water. Being able to find the courage within yourself to open up to friends or professionals, to God or, if you’re so inclined, the universe. To express how you feel about the things in your life that bring you down or take you to dark thoughts.
The band add, “It is also an encouragement to people close to us to be present and allow us the space and safety to be heard without judgment, to recognise that to feel emotions is to be human, and that we are not alone in that. With the goal that those who are suffering can find a way to move beyond this moment and be able to feel hopeful and find the joy in life again.”
