Australian blues-based hard rock juggernaut Rose Carleo Band are set to ignite 2026 with the release of their long-awaited new single Son of God, landing today, Friday 20 February 2026.
Originally scheduled for mid-2025, the release was temporarily placed on hold as bandleader Rose Carleo captured national attention with her fearless, fire-breathing performances on The Voice in 2025, where she wowed audiences and reaffirmed her status as one of Australia’s most commanding rock vocalists. Now back at full throttle, Rose Carleo Band returns with an uptempo, high-energy anthem that celebrates loyalty, friendship, and unwavering belief.
Written as a tribute to a close friend and devoted supporter, Son of God delivers driving riffs, muscular grooves, and Carleo’s unmistakable vocal power – an explosive statement of intent as the band charges into a huge year ahead.
With tours of Queensland, Japan and South Australia locked in as part of a national tour – alongside the band’s official album launch in May – the single marks the opening salvo of a major new chapter for Rose Carleo Band.
