Brisbane hard rock machine PistonFist are inviting lovers of meaty metal everywhere to Dig In with their latest single.
After a whirlwind twelve months that has seen PistonFist play from Cairns to Blacken Open Air and everywhere in between, the boys are now concentrating on showering us with new music in the lead up to their debut long player later this year.
Dig In has all the PistonFist trademark DNA spread throughout, with massive, chunky guitars layered over precision yet chaotic drumming and the throaty vocals of Geoffro to ram things further down your throat and into your lungs.
“Dig In is about pushing through the bullshit,” Geoffro explained. “Making the big effort and working through it and not listening to the opinions of those that wanna pull ya down.”
As for the film clip, PistonFist just wanted to show the world themselves doing what they do best.
“The idea for the clip is super simple, just us in our rehearsal room, putting in. Digging In.”
