Jovi Skyler is a Sydneysider vegetarian punk-rocker singer-songwriter and DIY music video maker who has dedicated many years to his craft as a songwriter since picking up the guitar.
After releasing his debut self-titled EP around the onset of the pandemic, Skyler followed up with his debut album Nothing To Do last year, which spawned the singles If You Think So, Got It Wrong and Never Wanted.
Skyler is both a lone wolf and a songwriting machine. He is the epitome of underground and DIY, as he literally does every single thing himself that incorporates his music, thus conveying a true reflection of the artist himself. He premiered Nervosa and its DIY music video on October 5, 2023 at The AU Review. Virtual Reality and its music video were released just a month later, gaining further support and critical acclaim.
