Adelaide powerhouse rock trio Feed The Fire are set to release their newest single SHAKE on September 2. The track is a straight up old school rock n roll banger! Free of any samples or new wave musical sorcery. It’s proudly, cranked guitars, big raw drums, fat bass and fiery vocals.
Singer and guitarist for the band Dan Pearce says of the track, “There is nothing hidden on this track. It is about a girl I once dated who was the self proclaimed ‘Penny Lane’ of the Adelaide music scene for a time (you’ll catch that line in the lyrics) and whether she knew it at the time or not, it inspired me to write a good old sexy rock n roll song for the modern age that people can hopefully dance to and have a good time with.”
You can catch Feed The Fire live when they hit the Queensland Coast on:
September 16 at Tomcats Brisbane
September 17 at MO’s Desert Club House on the Gold Coast
September 18 at Eleven Dive Bar in Maroochydore
Then back in Adelaide at Enigma Bar on Oct 1
