Brisbane Pop-Punk legends One Last Hurrah have announced the release of their new album Memoirs will be hitting the shelves in the first few months of 2024 and have just dropped videos for new singles Hangin’ Out For Days and 1994.

The record boasts some hard-hitting yet melodic tracks with singer/songwriter Matt Freeman saying “A few years of blood, sweat and beers went into writing and recording this album after I stepped down from Brisbane outfit A Somerset Parade in 2018. It was the first time in my life I had not been in a band, and I was struggling with who I was if I wasn’t recording music, so I still needed an outlet to create and write. After showing some demos to We Set Signals frontman Nick Wilkinson, it spurred me on to turn a few half-written demos into a full-length LP and create this new project with some mates. We’d worked together in the past, so it just made sense to have Nick produce and mix/master the album as well. Dan Cornish, ASP, came over to my place in his spare time whenever he wasn’t laying vocals for the new A Somerset Parade album Carcosa and put down some brutally heavy vox to contrast my cleaner vocal sound and give some strength to these tracks that I poured my heart and soul into”.
