Flaming Wrekage have become a driving force in the Sydney metal community since forming in 2009. They have extended their reach to all corners of the country, delivering intense and memorable live shows with a distinctive take on modern thrash that turns crowds into a flurry of limbs the moment they start playing.
Their first EP in 2011 was followed by their debut album, Catharsis in 2013. The band garnered the support of national metal media including the now defunct Channel V Loud and as a result were able to reach far-flung regional pockets of the country, bringing metal to the masses and the scattered alike.
The forthcoming From Flesh To Dust was recorded in Melbourne with Orpheus Omega‘s Chris Themelco and will spearhead a national tour starting in March that will make Flaming Wrekage the host of new audiences both national and international. The band have dates in South East Asia confirmed and will be hitting that unsuspecting territory for the first time in mid-March 2017.
Flaming Wrekage will be touring the east coast to support their latest single Thrown To The Wolves. It’s an opportunity for their fans, and the uninitiated to get a taste of what’s to come from the new record! Those attending, bring a helmet!
