Johannesburg’s alternative progressive rockers Deity’s Muse are playing at Germany’s renowned Euroblast Festival XIII / 2017 on Saturday 30th September. Euroblast is fast becoming one the most important festivals in modern progressive metal and the band will be sharing the stage with giants of the scene like the Devin Townsend Project, Textures and Twelve Foot Ninja.
The band are having a fantastic year so far having recently won Best Album at this year’s SAMMA’s (South African Metal Music Awards) for their critically acclaimed new album Convergence.
Produced by Cint Vincent from Australia’s Dead Letter Circus, Convergence is a dynamic and anthemic exercise in modern alternative rock boasting superb musical interplay and strong, melodic vocals. The diverse material effortlessly breathes and pulsates between catchy and progressive, high energy groove-rock to atmospheric and textured realms.
