Mürtenscythe is a fierce blend of stoner, progressive, black and death metal forged with intensity and purpose.
Formed as a three-piece in 2009, the band found moderate success early on, playing live shows and recording a demo before taking a brief hiatus. In 2019, with the addition of a second guitarist, the band reignited their creative fire and began writing with renewed focus.
