The venue for Melbourne’s Soundwave Festival 2015 has been changed according to festival promoter, AJ Maddah. Announcing on Twitter today, the festival will now move to RAS Melbourne Showgrounds, where it originally started.
“I am monumentally pleased to announce that #SW15 is back to its original and still the best home RAS Melbourne Showgrounds :)”
He then went on to tweet: “The downside of this happy news is that our capacity is now rather limited & we’re almost out of weekend tickets…:( #SW15 #Melbourne”
Maddah did confirm all tickets purchased for the Melbourne Soundwave Festival at Flemington would be valid for the change of venue.
