A statement from the organisers of Full Tilt released today reads:
“It’s another crushing blow but due to the Covid-19 extended lockdown in Victoria and current density restrictions for outdoor concerts we have been left with no choice but to reschedule the Melbourne leg of Full Tilt which was to take place on Saturday 3 July at Coburg Velodrome.
We are thrilled to announce that almost all the artists originally announced will be able to make the new date. We would like to thank all fans for your support and understanding during these difficult times and we appreciate your patience through the uncertainty of the past few weeks. Thy Art Is Murder are not available for the new date but we are stoked to announce Tasmanian Death metal overlords Psycroptic are stepping up to fill the void! Can’t wait to see you in the pit!
The new rescheduled date is Saturday 23 October at Reunion Park, Burnley. The brand new venue for Full Tilt will be under massive Big Tops providing an incredible experience for fans. All tickets remain valid for the new date and venue and a warning for fans there are under 100 tickets left to sell! For fans travelling from other cities and can’t make the new date, we are happy to transfer your Melbourne ticket to any Full Tilt city of your choice.”
