MAKE THEM SUFFER and TROPHY EYES added to “Heaven And Hell” line-up

THE AMITY AFFLICTION, arguably Australia’s most successful heavy music exports have announced the addition of TROPHY EYES and MAKE THEM SUFFER to the huge “Heaven And Hell” line up as part of Brisbane Festival’s 30th anniversary of Riverstage celebration which is part of their Australian Tour in September supported by UNDERØATH,CROSSFAITH and PAGAN. This show also includes additional performances by SOUTHEAST DESERT METALVOID OF VISIONENDLESS HEIGHTSTHORNHILL.

Australia’s TROPHY EYES had a big year on the back of their third full length album “The American Dream”, which debuted at #8 on the ARIA album chart. The album earnt a triple j feature album and had praises from critics such as NME, Rock Sound and Kerrang! They have spent the past year touring globally on their own sold out theatre tours and festival appearances.

Perth heavyweights MAKE THEM SUFFER have released their brand-new song “Hollowed Heart” – their angriest song to date and inspired by the heartbreaking circumstances of many close to vocalist, Sean Harmanis. The track is the first new music from the band since they released the song “27” last summer. The band’s last album, “Worlds Apart”, arrived in 2017 via Rise Records. Following lengthy worldwide headline tours around the world, the band have just wrapped up their successful national Australian headline tour.

THE AMITY AFFLICTION claimed their  fourth consecutive #1 ARIA chart debut  with their sixth studio album, “Misery”, (on Roadrunner Records). The album also remained at #1 on iTunes album chart for the entire first week of release. They join a handful of Australian artists to accomplish four consecutive #1 ARIA album debuts along with Silverchair and Powderfinger. Previous #1 albums for The Amity Affliction are “Chasing Ghosts” (2012), “Let The Ocean Take Me” (2014) and “This Could Be Heartbreak” (2016).

The Amity Affliction’s impressive resume of accolades include “This Could Be Heartbreak” (2016) as Gold certification, “Let The Ocean Take Me” (2014) and “Chasing Ghosts” (2012) with Platinum and Gold certifications respectively and “Seems Like Forever”, the #1 ARIA Gold certified documentary chronicling The Amity Affliction’s history up through their epic Let The Ocean Take Me World Tour.

Fresh off two performances at Download Australia, sold-out crowds around the globe, there is no room for slowing down and these shows will be the biggest yet.
