Live Review: SI-FEST 2021

The wrap up is in from Si-Fest 2021 which was recently held at the Mansfield Tavern.

The event, of course, was a benefit for local metal identity Simon Russell-White and didn’t it prove what a lovable and affable young gent he is!

Over 200 people converged on the Mansfield to not only show support for their brother, but also delight in the sounds of A Somerset Parade, Elephant, Piston Fist, Diskust, F.U.C, Azreal and Adriatic.

As a show of strength, Si-Fest was unrivalled but as a musical extravaganza, I doubt there will be much this year to top it.

But rather than sit here and go into detail about each band, let HEAVY allow you to take the journey yourself through the lens of Isaac Ro, Adam Brindley and Bojan Sambolec

Big thanks to everyone who came along, much love to the bands for getting behind the cause and all of you who offered help along the way. I have to give a shout out to The Colourful Writer, Shannon-Lee Sloane, Jimmy Robertson, CJ Nash, the Mansfield Tavern and Cory Stevenson for their assistance above and beyond what was asked, plus all of the promotors, artists and businesses that donated prizes and got behind Si-Fest.

Let’s do it again next year?
