Oscar winning director Ben Affleck (Argo) returns to the director’s seat with Live By Night which is based on the Denis Lehanne novel (Gone Baby Gone, Mystic River) of the same name, Affleck will direct and star as Joe Coughlin, the youngest son of a respectable Boston police captain who grows up to become an employee of the city’s most fearsome, and successful, mobsters during Prohibition-era America.
Live By Night, which also stars Scott Eastwood (Fury), Elle Fanning (The Neon Demon), Sienna Miller (Foxcatcher) and Zoe Saldana (Guardians Of The Galaxy), opens in Australian cinemas in 2017.
