Listen to ‘Helter Skelter’ from MR ROGERS

The song is titled ‘Helter Skelter’ and it’s part of our debut EP released a little while ago called And All the Children Went To Hell. The song itself ridicules the Australian right-wing and the fascist dogma of the whole what it means to be “true blue” culture whilst unapologetically points out the hypocrisies of these people.

The song, as well as the rest of the EP, is heavily inspired by the early sound of Marilyn Manson including his album Portrait of an American Family.

Mr Rogers are an alternative rock/industrial rock band who idolise acts such as NIN and Marilyn Manson whilst maintaining our own unique sound. It blends punk, goth and glam into a sort of scooby doo nightmare both onstage and in recordings. We’re looking to be Australia’s modern equivalent of Marilyn Manson. We want to shock this country and we want to make people actually think about what they’re preaching for once.
