Drawing comparisons to the likes of Underoath and Holding Absence, Oxfordshire post-hardcore outfit LASTELLE have self-released a beautiful collection of compositions with brand new EP Exist Vol. i.

The release includes new single In Unison, which is the final of these six epic tracks, closing out the EP in insatiably heartbreaking fashion. Guitarist Jonjo Williams explains “In Unison deals with the unshakeable feeling of emptiness that is felt after losing someone close to you, and how you can feel like you’ve lost a part of yourself along with them.” This track is the answer to ‘In Separation’, which precedes it on the release and introduces the theme of a voicemail to someone who will never hear it. The motif expresses “a purge of emotions that it was never possible to communicate to the recipient – a message to a loved one lost due to illness.”
