Knife, based in Melbourne, formed in 2020 from the ashes of various hardcore and metal bands through an equal love of metal, industrial and crust punk/hardcore.
They are an industrial metal band in the vein of Nailbomb, Fudge Tunnel, GodFlesh and 90s Earache Records vibes whose soundscape is underpinned by socio-political themes, with the focus on abrasive but crushing riffs.
