Known for his success as the frontman of Australian Pop Punk band Catnip Kaiser, Jack G McDonald has taken a step back to experiment with his own solo pursuits.
The result comes in the form of his debut single, Embrace Me – a thunderous pop- punk anthem abundant with the energy that he’s become synonymous with over the course of his career.
Scheduled for release on October 22, 2021, the track was produced by Buttsy Clark and written by Jayden Lehmann and Jack himself. It echoes everything we love about punk rock, adorned with plenty of high-energy vocal hooks and grooves that ebb and flow between half-time and double time. Additionally, the relatable lyricism does well to tug at our pent-up frustrations in a post-COVID era.
