Prosthetic Records has announced that From Mars To Sirius and The Way of All Flesh, the two albums that put French tech metallers Gojira on the global metal map, are to be released on limited edition vinyl on August 27 and are taking pre-orders now.
Both albums will be on double LP gatefold with Mars To Sirius available in three 180 gram formats, “Eco-Green” (600 copies), “Mars Red” (200 copies) and “Sea Blue” (200 copies), the latter two of which are mail-order exclusives.
The Way of All Flesh will be on two formats, 180-gram clear (500 copies), and a mail-order exclusive, standard-weight blue/white split vinyl (500 copies).
Since it’s fifteen year history, the two Gojira albums are among Prosthetic Records biggest selling releases. The Los Angeles based label helped establish the careers of Lamb of God, All That Remains, Animals As Leaders, The Acacia Strain and Kylesa. Their current roster includes Skeletonwitch, Holy Grail and Scale The Summit. The label became the bands American home for the Mars To Sirius release in 2005. Listenable Records handles their European releases.
The Way of All Flesh was produced and engineered by former Machine Head guitarist Logan Mader.
