Goatsound Recording/Rehearsal Studio (owned by Blood Duster’s Jason “PC” Fuller) has released a Blag Flag reinterpretation album, with all proceeds going to Sea Shepherd Australia.

The album consists of 15 tracks, all contributed by Australian bands and artists. It’s a name your price download from Bandcamp, which you can access here.

Fuller says, “I was looking to do a fun recording at Goatsound, the concept was simply to get a bunch of bands that have either recorded at Goatsound or that I just like for whatever reason, set up some gear and have these bands re-record an album from start to finish. Each band takes on one song from the album and all the bands are recorded in one day, one straight after the other.”

With a unique, and somewhat punishing twist, the Goatsound Black Flag ‘Damaged’ reinterpretation was recorded in a single day with each of the 15 bands having a ceiling of only 30 minutes to cut their track.
