“This song came about in the studio”, laughed Lucid Louie bass player Squirty. “We were talking about what we wanted to do and Dakka said ‘get pissed and stoned’ and things happened pretty quickly from there”.
Lucid Louie are a Brisbane based rock/blues outfit fronted by former Snake vocalist Larry Attard.
Comprising Larry, his son Jesse Attard, Squirty and Dakka, Lucid Louie hark back to the days of Thin Lizzy with their guitar-driven sound. They have released two other songs from their yet to be released debut album, with more planned for the New Year.
Having supported Danny Worsfold earlier this week, Lucid Louie now have their sights set on Europe, with a tour locked in for next July.
