HEAVY had the honour of conducting backstage interviews with a selection of bands for the final Good Things Festival show in Brisbane recently, which we are going to drip-feed you just because we can!
One of the beautiful things about festivals like this – aside from the musical diversity – is the fact that bands who have been around for longer than most are also given their deserved chance to shine in front of a festival sized audience.
And there is none more deserving on the Australian music scene than Melbourne punk rock/ pub rock, all round-rocking motherfuckers Cosmic Psychos.
This year sees the Cosmic Psychos celebrate 40 years of madness, and what better way to celebrate than by sweating it out on the big stage?
The whole band joined Simon Russell-White not long after their set for a fun chat about the life of a Psycho.
