After a couple of aborted attempts, Melbourne masters of metal Frankenbok are hoping the Metal Gods are finally smiling on them with a planned three-day smash and run visit to Queensland.
After heading up the coast to Eleven Dive Bar on September 10 and headlining Moondoll Festival the following day (more details to come), Frankenbok finish the run of shows with a Sunday afternoon of metal at Mo’s Desert Clubhouse with PistonFist, Odius and Beast Machine.
Frankenbok have been quietly working on their next album and from all reports it looks set to usher in a revitalized new era for the Melbourne warriors, who have been decimating our ears and minds for over 20 years.
