Woolyungah/Wollongong-based trap-metal outfit Flow Kobra release their unrelenting, genre-bending EP FLY TO THE SKY, produced and mixed by Jacob Wilkes (Above, Below).
FLY TO THE SKY is a sonic storm of abrasive, razor-sharp riffs, bouncy trap flourishes and defiant nu-metal energy served with a dash of sing-along refrains. Vocalist Kobe Stinson showcases his impressive range, oscillating between searing ferocity, grand pop-punk melodies, spitfire rap bars and downright rage-fuelled screams. Standing as a fearless declaration of identity, the EP highlights the band’s dynamic songwriting with unapologetic intensity and deep introspection.
Flow Kobra talk about their inspiration behind FLY TO THE SKY: “We want to be known as the band that isn’t afraid to push the boundaries and stand out in an oversaturated market, and this EP marks the start of a new chapter. It’s about embracing the highs while they last, letting go of the noise in your head, and finding peace after the chaos.”
