Their new single Bets With God is the most vulnerable song FIST have ever written. It is a heavy, melodic anthem about grief, faith, and the fragile things we hold onto and is dedicated to Josh‘s partner’s horse Shady, which was recently hit by a car. The song became their way of processing guilt, love, and letting go. At its core, it comes from a desperation to be understood, and to understand.
