Following the warmly received release of I Don’t Like Me, Sydney-based punk quartet FANGZ have returned with a massive run of tour dates and their unrelenting new single Won’t Be Me.
“’Won’t Be Me’ is about staying in a relationship with someone you love even though it seems destined to fail,” frontman Joshua Cottreau comments. “It follows the thought process and battle of knowing when to let go of the person you care for. I guess it’s a breakup song and a love song at the same time.”
To celebrate the release, FANGZ will be embarking on a 20-date national headline tour, including an appearance at Halloween Hysteria and multiple performances in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and numerous regional towns. This continues on from the band’s sold-out ‘Self Medicate’ tour in early 2021, where they made appearances throughout NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
