Evanescence releases their 6th studio album, Sanctuary. The 12-track record was produced by Zakk Cervini (Bad Omens, YUNGBLD, Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox), Jordan Fish (Bring Me The Horizon, Poppy, House of Protection, Architects), and Nick Raskulinecz (Deftones, Korn, Foo Fighters, Rush).
The album is available as a Digital Album, Standard CD, Deluxe CD and limited-edition Box Set and is also available on all streaming services. A deluxe digital album that includes instrumentals of each song on the album is available exclusively through Townsend Music. A double vinyl of the album will be released on September 4. The Deluxe CD is exclusive to the Evanescence store and includes a Blu-ray that contains the band’s Live in Sao Paolo Concert, Documentary from Evanescence’s 2023 South America tour, and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Who Will You Follow video. The deluxe vinyl is also a webstore exclusive. The band held an online listening party, giving their fans a first listen to the album on June 3.
“This album is over three years in the making,” said Amy Lee. “I am so damn proud of every second of it. It’s overwhelming. Working on it has been my outlet for so much that feels wrong and out of control, and a place to ignite hope through the power of music and connection.”
