London based Japanese rock outfit Esprit D’Air have released their latest single “Glaciers”.
The song marks new territory musically, slowing down the tempo to create a hauntingly beautiful post-rock ballad.
The solo artist behind Esprit D’Air, Kai says “The track was approached differently to our usual work as I was musically inspired by post-rock bands Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky and Mono, as well as the early work of Japanese rock band L’Arc~en~Ciel to create a unique blend of atmosphere, heavy rock with a singalong chorus.”
