Brisbane alt rock act East Capri are bringing closure to their debut EP release with their fresh new take on a reimagined single with Wake n Redux featuring Joshua O’Donnell of Banks Arcade.
The reimagined track represents sonically the original post-apocalyptic electro pop vision for the bands 2021 single Wake n Repeat. Wake n Redux plays into East Capri’s DIY ethic with in-house guitarist and producer Jackson Deasy of Dark Polar Studios on the production, mix and master.
The music video, directed filmed and edited by Mitch Chamberlain (Between You And Me, Bukowski), accompanies the track and is a conceptually metaphorical clip that comes together as a take on the human mind and the effects the negativity of the outside world can have on it.
