Psy-core metal act Dymytry is currently gearing up for the release of their much-awaited, new album Five Angry Men, due out on January 26, 2024 via AFM Records. A music video for their new single, a cover version of Legends Never Die, is now premiering below.
Dymytry vocalist Alen Ljubić comments: “We enjoy doing covers, especially songs that are originally written for another genre. We did it with Somebody’s Watching Me on Revolt, which turned out really cool. As we were talking about doing a possible cover to include on Five Angry Men, Jirka mentioned Legends Never Die. I didn’t know the song at first, even though I’m pretty open-minded when it comes to music. We all felt it was the right thing to do since we enjoyed the original song so much. It’s a challenge to make your own rendition of a popular song, we love challenges. I think we succeeded in making it sound like our own song, giving it our style and vibe. I bet our fans will enjoy it.”
