Rising Brisbane Nu-Metal outfit Diskust are on the lookout for a new singer.
With previous vocalist Bo vacating the post for personal reasons, the band have put out a public call to fill the position.
With some high profile shows already booked for this year and some exciting as yet unannounced developments, Diskust have vowed to power forward despite the obvious disappointment of losing one of the band’s founding members.
A band statement reads: “For those who haven’t heard, Bo informed Diskust that he was stepping down from the band to focus more on himself.
We support his decision, and thank him for being part of the Diskust family, and as sad as it is for us and all of our fans, we know you would want us to go on.
And go on we will!
While this wound is still fresh, we will be looking for a vocalist to continue Bo’s legacy but also to stamp their own authority on our music. The desire to tour is a must, and only team players need apply.
Diskust is more than just a band. We are a family, and whoever we welcome for the next stage in our quest for domination must be prepared for what awaits!
