DARKCELL Release the Inner Psycho

“Teamwork, patience, determination, and big brassy balls!” declared Darkcell front man and co-organizer of the traveling Psycho Circus music extravaganza, Jesse Dracman, on the essential qualities needed in putting together a show of this magnitude. “We just… it’s like a piece of advice I once got told. When you approach a cliff face you can do one of two things. You can run and stop and look down and miss the moment, or you can just run with all your heart and soul and take that leap and don’t look down.”

In the full interview Jesse discusses the difficulties of staging an event like Psycho Circus, this weekends Melbourne show, how much of a toll running such events takes on the people involved, lessons learnt from performing at Soundwave that translate to thier perceptions, Darkcell’s place, and roll in Australian music, how a bit of constructive criticism from Slipknot has helped shape their next album, plus more.

This weekends Melbourne show has sold out, with the Brisbane leg happening at The Zoo on September 8. Get your tickets now through www.psychocircusfestival.com to avoid disappointment
