Ville Valo is here in 2 week’s time, marking his first visit in over 10 years. VV and his band will be delivering a comprehensive and career-spanning set taking in the greatest hits from his band HIM as well as material from his highly acclaimed VV album, Neon Noir.
Joining him for all Australian shows is Melbourne Synthwave band and Triple J Unearth artist, Dark Water.
Blending mournful synth-pop with gothic overtones evocative of 80s nostalgia, combined with wistful melodies that are underpinned by hypnotic rhythms and driving bass, Dark Water are poised to shatter everyone’s hearts with their sorrowful and emotive power.
Their debut album featuring the Melbourne Town Hall grand organ is anticipated for release later this year.
