Cruxmusique is the brainchild of Finnish-born singer and songwriter Björn Suomivuori. More than just a band, Cruxmusique is a collective of musicians that collaborate in varying line ups, each configuration producing a different flavour of hard rock music.
On the EP Heaven, produced by Johnny Lee Michaels (best known for his work with The 69 Eyes), the title track features a cello solo by Max Lilja, a founding member of Apocalyptica.
At its core, Cruxmusique is about global artistic collaboration, crossing borders, genres, and mediums. As the name suggests, it stands at the crux: the vital point where music is and born. Check out the single Angel, Run below.
