Corey Taylor Sees Ghosts

Share This:

The Slipknot/Stone Sour vocalist has had his second book,  titled A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Heaven (Or How I Made Peace With the Paranormal and Stigmatized Zealots and Cynics In The Process) pencilled in for a July 16 release by publisher De Capo Press.

This will be Taylor’s second book since he released his memoir in 2011, Seven Deadly Sins.

Says Taylor about the themes, “It’s basically my experiences with the paranormal, and ghost sightings and occurrences, and I’ve had a lot, enough that I’m writing a damn book about it. But it’s actually… about how can I believe in ghosts, and not in God? So it’s a very interesting conversation. And that’s kind of what I wanted to do with Seven Deadly Sins, was start a conversation and get people thinking about it.”

Seven Deadly Sins ended up being a New York Times best seller when it was first released and went on to include an extra chapter when the paperback version came out.
