South Korea’s long-standing jazz-rock outfit Conic Section returns with a brand new digital single, Don’t Let It Get Me Down, released on April 21, 2025.
Since their debut in 2010 the band has continually pushed musical boundaries by fusing elements of jazz and rock. This latest release reaffirms their deep-rooted love for Texas blues and classic blues-rock that lie at the heart of their musical identity. The title track is driven by a gritty, iconic guitar riff and features standout solos from both the Hammond organ and guitar in the final section. With its retro sensibility and raw blues energy, the song feels both timeless and immediate.
