Brisbane/Sunshine Coast punk-metal act Citizen Rat have dropped their most explosive release to date. Fry is out now on all streaming platforms, a three-minute blast of pure chaos sharpened to a razor’s edge.
Earlier this year, Citizen Rat made waves with Shut My Mouth and Truth Lie – tracks that lit up international radio, caught streaming buzz, and landed the band a deal with Canadian label SODEH Records. Now, with Fry, the band up the stakes once again.
The track features Polly Cooke (Mitch, Please!), whose blistering guest vocals ignite the storm. Behind the desk, rising producer Jordan Bain (Airlock Studios) and Grammy Award–winner Brian Lucey (The Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys) capture Citizen Rat at full throttle.
