Brisbane hard rock outfit Krave epitomise the new wave of musical talent coming out of Queensland.
With an energetic and entertaining live performance and an attitude towards touring that sees Krave out on the road at every opportunity, the trio of talented musicians has toured from Cairns in Far North Queensland all the way to the Southern states, making new friends everywhere they play.
Following the success of Krave’s recent single Shapeshifting, CJ Nash caught up with the whole band to chat about all things music. The last time HEAVY spoke with Krave was for last year’s album Asylum, so CJ starts by asking how that album was received.
“It was amazing,” vocalist/bass player Siana Davis enthused. “We released it through MGM, so that was the second release through them but the first one we got into JB Hi-Fi, that was really cool. It’s hit internationally as well. We’ve sent mail overseas and across Europe and America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. It’s been amazing.”
